T-shirts with silk screen
T-shirts with silk screen prints is a serigraphy process, using screens and fabric inks to print on the t-shirt. Silk screen on t-shirts is a more artisanal process, where you first need to make final art, then engrave the screens for each color of the print and then silk screen color by color until the formation of the desired logo/design.
Silk screen is indicated for daily use, such as uniforms for companies and schools, since it has great durability, it can be done in almost all types of t-shirts, whether white or colored. Print with silk screen has a better cost benefit for orders over 10 pieces.
T-shirts with transfer
T-shirts with transfer prints is a printing process that we use a printer to print the print (logo/image) onto the transfer paper and then the paper with the print is transferred to T-shirts through the heat press.
Shirts with transfer printing is indicated for those who need a personalized t-shirt for casual wear and for those with a short delivery time, as it is faster to customize and can be made from 1 unit. The transfer can be applied on light and dark T-shirts and its durability is considered medium, it is more indicated and applied on cotton T-shirts.
T-shirts with cut-out film
T-shirts with plotter prints, is a process of printing on t-shirts using a special adhesive (cutting film) that is cut and transferred via thermal press. Customized t-shirts with power film (as it is also known) have a good print durability and are indicated for small quantities of pieces. T-shirt with cut-out film (ploter) can be made in any T-shirt color, but it is often used for dark T-shirts (where sublimation is not possible) and where each T-shirt can be personalized with different names and phrases (ex: T-shirts for graduates and teams with individual names). Usually for names, phrases, logos with only 1 color in the print.
T-shirts with sublimation
T-shirts with sublimation prints is the same transfer printing process, but with different inks, specific for T-shirts in 100% polyester fabrics (better known as sublimatic T-shirts ). Personalized shirts with sublimation, it is indicated for white T-shirts and light colors, since the ink does not stay on the fabric, but dyes the fabric, penetrating over the mesh.
Sublimation printing is a faster process and is ideal for logos/designs with many colors and/or when involving high definition images (photos, effects, overtones). T-shirts with sublimation are highly durable and can be made on short notice and orders from 1 unit.
embroidered shirts
T-shirts with embroidery prints is a printing process using a computerized embroidery machine, where through the final art/stitches the print is embroidered on the shirt or t-shirt.
Embroidery is widely used for professional uniforms, through polo shirts, but it can also be used on PV, PA, 100% polyester and cotton shirts. Embroidered shirts is ideal for smaller designs as the values change according to the size of the print and the amount of embroidery on the shirt. Computerized embroidery is also indicated for logos with few colors, so as not to impair the definition of the print. Custom embroidered shirts can be made in any shirt color and the print/embroidery is highly durable, but to have a better price, it is recommended to order more than 10 pieces.
